Will's Baptism

William was baptized this weekend! On November 3rd William became a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We were lucky to have my sisters Adrienne and Cindy come, as well as Joel's Mom, Brenda, and her husband, Roland.

The baptism was Saturday afternoon. It was a Stake baptism, so there were a number of other kids who were also baptized. Will was lucky to have Grandma R give a talk on the Holy Ghost, which came along with a flashlight to remind him that the Holy Ghost will help light his path in life.

We took some pictures Saturday before we left for the baptism. What a handsome eight year old!

Over the weekend we also played some games, watched some shows, and ate lots of goodies. It was a great time, and I hope that Will will remember it for the rest of his life. We are so proud of him for the decision he made to be baptized, and we love him so much!!
