Another update
Joel didn't get a root canal today. :( They just did a consultation today, and scheduled him for the root canal next week. We are pretty disappointed (Joel especially, of course) because we are anxious for the work to just be done. Joel would like to be able to drink cold water again. :)

I thought the consultation was the first time that they saw him and told him to get the wisdom tooth out. That is maddening. Sorry about that Joel.
